Honestly, business can be pretty…terrible. At all levels, people are suffering — and those with marginalized identities disproportionately so. Collectively, we’re stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out. We’re seeking something better.
What brings me to life is exploring these better ways to transform business to benefit everyone, rather than a select few.
